What we're looking for:
We're looking for an experienced and dynamic account manager to expand our customers usage of Paraform's service. This ranges from early to mid to late stage funded startups who are growing rapidly and need an efficiently solution to scale headcount within their organization.

What you'll do:

This Account Manager will be responsible for servicing inbound expansion demand from our customers, as well as proactively reaching out to customers in their book of business to expand their use of Paraform's services.
Requirements:

  • 1 -​ 5 years of experience in sales,​ customer account management,​ or customer success ideally from a software startup background

  • 1+ years of managing customers and/or in a closing role

  • Has had targets focused on customer retainment/growth

  • Outbound prospecting experience

  • Track record of top sales performance

Nice to Have:

  • Experience in Venture Capital or Finance roles

  • Currently at VC-​backed start up (Series A-​D)
