The Opportunity:
The Account Manager – Walmart at VeSync will report to the Sr National Account Manager and play an integral role in driving world-class account management initiatives across Walmart (US+CA). This is a key new role responsible for collaborating with customers and cross functionally to maximize execution quality and support our brand’s growth ambitions.
What you will do at VeSync:
- Support development and execution of annual business plans for Walmart.
- Manage item setup, maintenance, and lifecycle activities within partner systems (e.g., Retail Link, Supplier One, Scintilla (Walmart Luminate), Walmart Open Call, etc.).
- Monitor weekly POS, retail inventory, and replenishment with internal supply chain teams.
- Track business performance across both in-store and online channels (Walmart.com).
- Maintain accurate forecasting through close collaboration with Demand Planning. 2. Customer Relationship Management
- Support customer meetings, line reviews, and seasonal presentations.
- Build working relationships with Buying, Planning, and Merchant teams at Walmart retailers.
- Handle customer communication related to items, pricing, promotions, inventory, and operations. 3. Promotional & Merchandising Support
- Execute promotional calendars including price reductions, events, weekly ad opportunities, DOTCOM promotions, and holiday programs.
- Partner with Marketing and eCommerce teams to optimize digital content, ratings/reviews, and search performance on Walmart.com.
- Track promotional ROI and make recommendations to drive profitable growth. 4. Operational Excellence
- Coordinate logistics, inventory flow, and compliance requirements by working with Operations, Supply Chain, and Customer Service.
- Ensure accurate routing, packaging, and shipping guidelines based on retailer-specific requirements.
- Partner with internal teams to resolve order issues, chargebacks, OTIF requirements, and operational KPIs. 5. Analytics & Category Insights
- Perform POS analysis and develop insights that support business recommendations for pricing, distribution, assortment, and promotion.
- Monitor competitive landscape and provide updates to internal stakeholders around category trends and competitor activity.
- Utilize syndicated data tools (Circana, Numerator, Profitero, etc.) to influence merchandising decisions.
1. Account Management & Execution
What you bring to the role:
- 3–7 years experience in Sales, Account Management, or Category roles within retail or manufacturing.
- Experience working with Walmart is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial, and forecasting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience managing digital retail content and online merchandising.
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Syndicated Data Platforms).
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Experience using Walmart systems: Retail Link, Supplier One, Scintilla (Walmart Luminate), and Walmart Open Call.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Housewares, or CPG.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Starting at $75,000
