About AirDNA

AirDNA began with a big dream in a balmy California garage in 2015. Since then, the technology startup has grown into the leading provider of data and business intelligence for the multi-billion-dollar travel and short-term rental industry, with offices in New York, Denver and Barcelona and team members around the world.
Our self-serve platform equips Airbnb hosts and property managers with the smart, competitive insights they need to succeed in an ever-evolving market. We also arm enterprise clients with custom reports and in-depth dashboards so they can scale and invest strategically. Our customers include hundreds of top financial institutions, real estate companies, vacation rental managers, and destination marketing organizations around the world.
We track the daily performance of over 15 million listings on Airbnb, Vrbo, and Booking.com across 120,000 global markets. Hundreds of thousands of partner properties further inform our proprietary algorithms, producing the most accurate and comprehensive short-term rental dataset in the world.

In 2024, AirDNA acquired Uplisting, a powerful property management software that helps hosts and operators manage listings across Airbnb, Vrbo, and other platforms. With features like channel management, automated messaging, dynamic pricing, task coordination, and financial reporting, Uplisting expands our mission to support every stage of the short-term rental journey - from investment to operations.

The Role:

As an Account Manager, you'll turn AirDNA's data into revenue. You'll own a portfolio of clients and be the driving force behind their growth with AirDNA retaining revenue, spotting upsell opportunities, and making sure every customer sees measurable ROI from our products. You'll act as a trusted advisor, using deep industry and product expertise to build long-term relationships, keep satisfaction high, and get ahead of churn before it happens. We're looking for a driven professional with strong commercial instincts, sharp strategic thinking, and a collaborative mindset, someone who treats customer growth and business growth as the same goal.

Here's what you'll get to do:

  • Onboard and Engage Customers: Ensure new customers are onboarded within 72 hours and conduct check-ins during the first 90 days to address needs and issues.
  • Own your Book of Business end-to-end, taking full responsibility for driving retention, adoption, and expansion across your accounts.
  • Manage Renewals & Upsells: Proactively reach out 90 days before renewal, prioritize meetings over emails, and identify upsell opportunities to increase ARR.
  • Monitor & Reduce Churn: Analyze churn trends, incorporate insights into QBR reports, and take proactive steps to mitigate risks.
  • Provide Product & Stakeholder Training: Keep clients informed on product updates and provide necessary training to key stakeholders for effective platform use.
  • Resolve Customer Issues & Improve Account Health: Take ownership of customer problems, escalate as needed, and focus on improving at-risk accounts.

Here's what you'll need to be successful:

  • Full proficiency in English (native or fluent), both verbal and written.
  • 3+ years of experience in SaaS or B2B environments, ideally including account management, renewals, or customer success responsibilities.
  • Experience managing renewals or expansion revenue against a target, or a clear track record of driving measurable customer outcomes.
  • Strong commercial mindset and interest in sales, with the ability to learn quickly how to manage renewals, identify upsell opportunities, and handle customer objections effectively.
  • Solid communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
  • Comfortable owning difficult conversations around churn risk, pricing, or renewal terms.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a sense of accountability and the ability to prioritize high-impact activities that drive revenue and customer value.
  • Proactive mindset with strong ownership of customer health, identifying high-risk accounts early and taking steps to support retention.
  • Comfortable with data: experience in or an eagerness to learn how to interpret and explain data to support customer decisions, and deliver meaningful value throughout a partnership with a customer.
  • Ability to problem-solve quickly and efficiently, addressing customer inquiries and troubleshooting issues.
  • Ability to act as a strategic advisor by understanding customer goals and staying informed about industry trends and challenges, sharing insights, and proactively guiding accounts toward long-term success.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and stay informed about industry trends and customer challenges.

Here's what you can expect from us:

  • OTE range 45,000 - 55,000 EUR annually
  • Indefinite contract
  • 36 holidays per year
  • 62 days to work from anywhere!
  • Continuing education stipend
  • 150 EUR to spend with Cobee card available monthly for public transport, daycare, restaurants and health insurance
