Lead and grow client accounts by building trust, identifying upsell opportunities, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing projects and budgets, presenting strategies, and measuring campaign performance to deliver timely, high-quality integrated marketing and film/digital work.
Account Managers are the client lead for project/program delivery and growth associated with a specific account (or accounts). She/he will oversee the client relationship and is responsible for leading a team, relationship building, marketing strategy, program development/oversight, inspiring clients and our people.
You’re a passionate presenter who can persuade and excite clients to support brave work. Yet, you’re not afraid to go back to the drawing board if need be. You listen to clients’ needs and work hard to accomplish their goals. You strive for meaningful relationships with clients and winning their trust.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead account(s) with confidence
- Build trust and credibility with clients to maintain and grow strong relationships
- Identify and win new opportunities with existing clients
- Develop relationships across a variety of stakeholders and find opportunities to fuse these groups together with implementable solutions
- Manage all logistics and projects; deliver the highest quality product on time and on budget, in partnership with a project manager
- Work closely with strategy, creative, production, analytics, technology, media and project management teams to develop brand-focused creative and communications
- Manage measurement and reporting of ideas
- Present existing work and strategies for future work to client and internal stakeholders
- Keep abreast of client and category objectives, trends, talent, competitive advertising, and target mindset
- Work with other agencies and internal departments as necessary
Required Skills
- Four to six years experience
- Resourceful, collaborative team player
- Great communicator and writer
- Relationship builder and strong manager with clients and internal team alike
- Project driver, solid experience on integrated campaigns with both digital and film content
- Ability to think big picture, while still being detail oriented
