RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Manager and retain a book of business by providing excellent customer service, a proactive renewal process, negotiating with underwriters, utilizing internal resources, and by collaborating with other internal teams.
  • Manage day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, renewal pricing, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews.
  • Address any deficiencies and anticipate client needs with a quick turnaround time.
  • Confidently and accurately answer client situational questions with respect to insurance coverage and advise about uncovered exposures as applicable.
  • Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication with clients and carriers, including client-facing meetings to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Responsible for learning, understanding, and adhering to our internal timelines, protocols, and workflows.                   

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Active P&C License
  • 3+ years of P&C experience. 
  • Experienced with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC
  • Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a face-paced environment
