We're building new products:

  • Flipper One — a full-featured ARM-based computer running Linux in a compact form factor, powered by the Rockchip RK3576 SoC

  • BUSY Bar — a smart productivity multi-tool that helps users stay focused and minimize distractions

We're looking for an Account Manager to grow our international B2B distribution network, manage existing partners, and develop new partnerships across Asia, India, South America, and other regions.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing distributors and B2B partners (distributors, marketplaces 1P & retail chains) while identifying, evaluating, and onboarding new partners across target regions to expand our international distribution network

  • Negotiate commercial terms, including pricing, minimum order quantities, and supply conditions, and close agreements with new and existing partners

  • Manage contract execution, invoicing, accounts receivable, and related documentation to ensure partners meet their commercial obligations

  • Calculate and monitor margins by partner and region to maintain healthy unit economics

  • Coordinate with the legal team on distributor agreements and other commercial contracts to move deals from negotiation to signature

  • Monitor markets and competitors and report on the sales pipeline, negotiations, and financial performance to support regional business decisions

Requirements:

  • English and Chinese proficiency sufficient to independently conduct business negotiations with international partners

  • Hands-on experience negotiating and closing distribution agreements with partners across multiple international markets

  • Ability to work from CET+1 or a more easterly time zone, with sufficient overlap with partners in China and other Asian markets

  • Readiness to handle operational account management, including invoicing, accounts receivable, and document flow

  • Strong understanding of margins and unit economics

  • Confident command of Excel or Google Sheets for commercial calculations, reporting, and partner performance tracking

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience in e-commerce or consumer electronics and tech gadgets

  • Familiarity with international product certification

  • Understanding of Incoterms and international logistics
