What You Will Be Doing:

We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and competitive individual to join our team as an Account Manager. It is fast-paced, outreach-driven, and results-focused. You will be responsible for building relationships from the ground up through cold calls, emails, and proactive follow-ups, and managing clients. The position of the Account Manager is responsible for developing new business relationships and serving as the first level of support to existing clients.

  • Prospect and engage new clients through cold calling, emailing, LinkedIn outreach, and networking

  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of business opportunities

  • Develop leads through research, referrals, trade shows, directories, and industry events

  • Close new business and expand existing client relationships by identifying upsell opportunities

  • Educate clients on TransPerfect’s services, processes, pricing, and value proposition

  • Negotiate rates and deadlines while ensuring client needs and profitability are met

  • Collaborate with production teams to deliver high-quality service and results

  • Maintain strong client relationships through consistent follow-up and support

  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and client needs

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of outreach and business development strategies

  • Take on special projects and additional responsibilities as needed
