Aikido Security Corp. seeks an Account Manager to manage and expand relationships with existing clients while maximizing customer satisfaction and account growth

Responsibilities

Duties include

  • Executing growth initiatives to expand customer usage and value realization of technology-based products or services such as SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud-based platforms

  • Identifying and pursuing opportunities to upsell additional features and services to existing customers

  • Maintaining and managing customer records within the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) system to track interactions and performance metrics

  • Collaborating with internal teams across sales, customer success, and product to communicate customer feedback and support continuous product improvement

  • Leading, mentoring, or training junior account managers or customer-success associates to ensure consistent client-service standards.

Position requires occasional international travel to Belgium and Canada (approximately 2–4 times per year, up to one week per trip) to meet with clients and support business development and customer relationship activities.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • At least four (4) years of experience in account management or other client-facing roles within a technology company or startup environment

  • Experience supporting or selling technology-based products or services such as SaaS, cybersecurity, or cloud-based platforms

  • At least two (2) years of experience hiring, building, supervising, or training a team

  • At least three (3) years of experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems to manage client accounts and track interactions

  • At least three (3) years of experience implementing client retention strategies, identifying upselling opportunities, and supporting account growth in the technology sector
