Responsibilities:
- Invoice Review & Processing: Assist in reviewing and processing vendor invoices while learning to apply company accounting policies and procedures.
- Bank Reconciliation: Support the reconciliation of bank transactions to maintain accurate and timely financial records.
- Expense Report Auditing: Help review and audit employee expense reports for compliance and reimbursement accuracy.
- Month-End Close: Participate in month-end close activities, including account reconciliations, preparing financial schedules, and assisting with variance analysis.
- Power BI Dashboard Support: Contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of Power BI dashboards that support financial reporting and track key business performance metrics.
Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (oral, written, non-verbal, bonus points if you’re intuitively psychic ✨).
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and grow in a dynamic environment.
- A willingness to fall in love with our products, meditate with our team, and have fun while we work!
- Must reside in the United States to be considered for this position.
