About The Role:

As the Givzey Accounting Manager, you’ll support the day-to-day accounting operations that keep our business moving at high speed. Reporting to the Director of Finance, you’ll be the detail-obsessed, process-driven powerhouse ensuring our financials are accurate, timely, and ready to support our next big move.

What You’ll Do

·   Be the go-to for invoicing and lead monthly revenue recognition reconciliations

·   Keep accounts receivable on point—managing aging reports, credits, collections, and customer communication

·   Oversee accounts payable, ensuring vendors are set up, approved, documented, and weekly AP batches are on time

·   Manage daily cash posting and monthly bank reconciliations

·   Review, code, and reconcile corporate credit card activity

·   Own the month-end close process, including general ledger maintenance and balance sheet reconciliations

·   Identify and execute process improvements and automation opportunities

·   Document accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls

·   Play a key role in system implementations or optimizations (e.g. ERP, billing, or expense tools)

·   Support annual financial audits

What You Bring

·   Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance

·   4+ years of progressive accounting experience

·   Understanding of US GAAP and accounting standards

·   Excel wizardry plus an eye for automation and efficiency

·   Laser-sharp attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture

·   Comfort juggling multiple priorities with tight deadlines

·   Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication

·   Ability to work independently in a remote environment
