Job Title: Account Manager – IT Staffing

Novalink Solutions is looking for a results-driven Account Manager to join our growing team! If you have a strong background in IT staffing, recruitment, and client relationship management, this is your chance to work with a global consulting and engineering services firm
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, sales, or recruitment (Minimum 2 years).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho or similar tools.) and recruitment tools.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess data and provide actionable insights.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Experience with managing offshore teams is a plus.
- Experience in managing and evaluating Individual Consultant Records (NICRs), including updates, creation, and termination.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years’ experience in IT staffing recruitment.
- Knowledge of job portals, social media platforms, and lead generation tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
Good manager and team player with great flexible attitude.
