JOB DESCRIPTION

We are excited to offer an opportunity for an individual thriving in customer-focused environments to join our Accounts Payable team as an Accounts Payable Analyst. The Accounts Payable Analyst, operating with minimal supervision, will handle supplier onboarding requests daily with a keen emphasis on accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate will utilize analytical skills and application tools to troubleshoot issues. Additionally, they will monitor, identify, and resolve exception items, providing assistance to suppliers, internal customers, and management as needed during the supplier onboarding process.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process a high volume of forms and inquiries while upholding accuracy and maintaining controls

  • Assist in resolving queries related to the onboarding process through various communication channels (e.g., Zoom meetings, emails, phone calls)

  • Conduct training sessions for suppliers and employees as necessary

  • Acquire necessary approvals or supplementary documentation for critical vendors

  • Update supplier records within the ERP. (Workday)

  • Manage and resolve pertinent vendor onboarding issues within designated queues

  • Perform IRS TIN Matching when required

  • Undertake special projects as delegated

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

  • High School Diploma

  • Relevant experience in vendor onboarding, client service, or administration involving W-9/W-8

  • Domestic and International Bank Instructions, TIN and OFAC, and Tagging vendors for 1099’s

  • Previous exposure to workflow systems, supplier databases, and proficiency in Excel

  • Strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Ability to manage and prioritize a high-volume workload, meet deadlines, and multitask effectively

  • Collaborative team player

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment with significant processing volumes (handling 200+ applications per month)

NICE TO HAVE BUT NOT A DEALBREAKER

  • Experience with Coupa

  • Experience with Graphite

  • Advanced Excel skills (Including Sum and V-lookup)

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.75-33.66 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
