A path for every ambition.

At HUB, we believe the best work happens when people are given real space to grow and then given the autonomy to exercise it. We power progress and protect ambition: for the clients who count on us, and equally for the people who make that possible every day.

We’re creative thinkers and determined doers, guided by values that show up in how we work together: with empathy, adaptability, accountability and a genuine commitment to one another’s success. We foster bold ideas, celebrate curiosity and share what we know. Because when people grow, the work they do grows with them.

Our purpose is deeply human: to help people navigate the world on their terms, at their speed, toward their future. We hold that same commitment to the people building careers here.

Whether you’re starting out or leveling up, you’ll find the resources to evolve, the support to take on more and a team ready to back you at every stage.

Your ambition has a home here.

This team plays a critical role in ensuring the accurate and timely application of payments, reconciliation of accounts, and overall financial integrity within internal accounting operations. Through strong attention to detail and consistent execution, the team supports cash flow visibility, financial accuracy, and the stability of broader accounting processes.
About the Role

We're looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor who is ready to lead the Cash Application department's day-to-day operations of the team while actively developing people and driving results. This role is responsible for managing team performance through clear success plans, productivity metrics, and thoughtful resource planning to ensure work is delivered accurately and consistently.

Just as important, this leader creates engagement through regular connection, coaching, and communication, building a unified and motivated team across a hybrid and cross-border environment. This individual brings strong leadership capability, high attention to detail, and the ability to clearly and confidently articulate processes in an educated and professional manner.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the day‑to‑day operations of the cash application team, ensuring work is planned, prioritized, and delivered accurately and on time.
  • Manage team performance and productivity through defined metrics, trend analysis, and review of production inputs and outputs to drive consistent results.
  • Develop and manage success plans that align resources, coverage, and capacity to business needs, including contingency planning for volume shifts, absences, and coverage gaps.
  • Use operational data and team insight to make informed decisions around workload distribution, staffing needs, and process adjustments.
  • Actively coach and develop team members through regular connection, feedback, and guidance, creating clarity around expectations and supporting individual and team growth.
  • Build and sustain a connected team environment where in‑office and cross‑border team members operate as one unified team with shared goals and standards.
  • Play an active role in shaping the future of the team by contributing to strategy, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, and evolving how the function operates and scales.
  • Support departmental initiatives and projects that strengthen performance, stability, and long‑term team success.

What You’ll Bring

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience directly leading a team, with clear accountability for day-to-day performance and results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, finance, or a related discipline preferred.
  • Experience in banking, accounting, finance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or a related field strongly preferred and considered a significant advantage.
  • Demonstrated success improving team productivity through goal setting, performance management, and the use of metrics and reporting to drive decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and confidently speak to processes, workflows, and decisions in a structured, well-informed manner.
  • Leadership approach grounded in emotional intelligence, with the ability to coach, provide meaningful feedback, and develop team members.
  • High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule with regular in-office presence in the Riverside office, along with a collaborative mindset and commitment to building a high-performing team.

The expected salary range for this position is $70,400 - 87,500 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
