We’re looking for an Ad Campaign Manager to support the execution, optimization, and performance strategy across pharma campaigns. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their media career who wants hands-on experience in healthcare advertising and performance marketing.
As an Ad Campaign Manager, you will:
- Support the onboarding and setup of new ad campaigns with pharmaceutical brands and healthcare advertisers, ensuring smooth and timely launches
- Manage day-to-day campaign operations, including trafficking creative assets, adjusting budgets, implementing optimizations, and setting up A/B tests
- Monitor campaign performance across digital platforms and deliver timely, insightful reports with actionable recommendations (including delivery, CTR, engagement, and patient action metrics)
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to scope campaign opportunities, create proposals, and provide performance forecasts
- Proactively optimize campaigns to hit performance benchmarks

- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Analytics teams to align on technical implementation and ensure accurate tracking, reporting, and delivery against client goals
What you bring:
- 1-4 years of experience in digital media, campaign management, or paid advertising
- Agency or in-house marketing experience preferred
- Healthcare or pharma experience is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with digital ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, DSPs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and QA mindset
- Comfortable working in Excel or Google Sheets
- Are curious about data and eager to learn optimization strategies
- Organized and able to manage multiple campaigns at once
- Proactive communicator who asks questions and seeks clarity
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
