Own end-to-end monetization across supply (publishers/inventory) and demand (SSPs, DSPs, direct deals). Responsible for maximizing revenue, maintaining operational integrity, and ensuring full transparency across the ad stack.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Management (Publishers & Inventory)
- Onboard and manage web, mobile app, and CTV inventory
- Implement and optimize Prebid, SDKs, and ad server setups (e.g., Google Ad Manager)
- Maintain ads.txt / sellers.json / schain compliance
- Monitor fill rate, latency, and overall inventory health
Demand Management (SSPs, DSPs, Direct Deals)
- Integrate and manage SSPs and DSPs (e.g., Magnite, PubMatic, OpenX, Adx, Amazon)
- Set up and optimize PMP and direct/Curation deals
- Manage bidder performance, QPS, and auction dynamics
- Ensure correct prioritization of direct vs programmatic demand
Revenue Optimization
- Continuously optimize floor prices, bid density, and match rates
- Analyze discrepancies and resolve revenue gaps
- Run A/B tests across demand sources, formats, and placements
Reporting & Transparency
- Maintain real-time dashboards and reporting (revenue, fill, CPMs)
- Reconcile SSP, DSP, and ad server data
- Provide actionable insights and performance recommendations
Technical Operations
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, tag errors, and discrepancies
- Work with product/dev teams on integrations (VAST, Prebid, SDKs)
- Ensure tracking accuracy and event integrity across the stack
Key KPIs
- Revenue growth (net & gross)
- eCPM uplift and fill rate
- Demand partner performance (win rate, bid rate)
- Latency and technical stability
- Discrepancy rate across platforms
- 2+ years in programmatic / ad ops ( Inapp & CTV - must have)
- Deep hands-on with ad servers and header bidding
- Strong understanding of RTB, PMP, and auction mechanics
- Analytical mindset with strong Excel/BI skills
- High ownership, detail-oriented, and execution-driven
