The Ads Specialist will create and optimize paid ad campaigns on Google and Meta platforms, generate leads, and analyze performance data.

At Dinepalace, we specialize in online ordering software and digital marketing services tailored for restaurants and local businesses in North America. We’re looking for an experienced Ads Specialist to manage paid campaigns and generate quality leads.
Job SummaryWe are seeking a results-driven Ads Specialist to create, manage, and optimize paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other platforms. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in lead generation, conversion optimization, and ROAS improvement.
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Create ad copies and coordinate with designers to develop high-converting creatives.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other tools.
- Adjust bids and budgets to improve performance and achieve KPIs (e.g., cost per lead, ROAS).
- Generate weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.
- Stay updated with digital advertising trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience managing paid ads (Google & Meta mandatory).
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, funnel tracking, and lead generation.
- Experience with tools like Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEMrush or similar.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and optimize accordingly.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Experience working with international clients (especially Canada/USA).
- Familiarity with landing page builders like Unbounce, Webflow, or similar.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and CRM tools like Zoho or HubSpot
- Experience in the Restaurant industry is preferred
