Administrative Assistant – Archiving – Temporary

We are actively looking for a Temporary Administrative Assistant to join our Walnut Creek office for an Archiving project.

 Duties and responsibilities:

• Coordinates and archives closed projects and files according to procedure
• Maintain hard copy and electronic file systems (including in Newforma) in accordance with Document Retention Guidelines
• Maintain files and file storage in a neat and accurate manner

Qualifications:

• Microsoft Office Professional skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and Windows Explorer.
• Skilled in the use of the Internet as a research tool.
• Ability to organize, work independently and exhibit excellent time management skills.
• Work collaboratively to acquire and dispense information as part of a team.
• Strong job commitment and initiative.
• Ability to be flexible and calm in a fast-paced environment.
• All new hires will be required to successfully complete and pass a pre-employment (post offer) background check in compliance with NIST 800-171

Working conditions:

Work is generally performed in an office or client office setting. Ability to use standard office equipment is required.

Base salary range: 

$22.00-$24.00 per hour based on years of experience, level of education obtained, professional registration, and meeting the required qualifications in the job description. 

Base salary range only applicable for candidates who will be hired and working in the California markets.
