Job Description

What we are looking for: Help support and provide back-up to the current Administrative Assistant and a team of 50 people including some executives. Microsoft Outlook Calendar – Scheduling of 1:1 meetings, recurring meetings and group meetings with complex schedules. Schedules and oversees interview logistics. Onboarding of new employees and contractors sets up network access, ordering equipment, etc.). Prepares and submits expense reports in a timely manner. Creates, edits, and compiles diverse administrative assignments, Power Point presentations, and other related materials, including highly sensitive and confidential information. Communicates with poise and professionalism through verbal and written communication. Expert in Microsoft Office suite required. Executes tasks efficiently and quickly with strong attention to detail and deadlines. Ability to multi-task and prioritize among multiple assignments. Flexibility with time/working with different time zones. Book domestic and international travel for the team. Typically requires a minimum of 5 or more years of administrative experience. Working in the Banking industry a plus.
