Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator plays an essential role in our day-to-day workflow. You will handle a variety of administrative tasks such as answering phones, organizing paperwork, supporting scheduling needs and assisting with communication between customers, drivers and management. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, solving problems and keeping an office running efficiently.

Responsibilities
 

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Assist with scheduling container deliveries, pickups and service appointments
  • Perform data entry, maintain customer records and organize documentation
  • Help prepare invoices, process payments and support basic billing tasks
  • Coordinate communication between the office, drivers and operations
  • Monitor office supplies and keep the workspace organized
  • Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scanning, printing and email management
  • Support management with special projects and day-to-day administrative needs

Qualifications

  • Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable using computers, office software and basic scheduling tools
