As a Remote Administrative Assistant, you'll manage schedules, support operations, ensure document quality, and coordinate between departments.
As our Remote Administrative Assistant, you are the native suggestion for our internal operations. You don't just observe our workflow; you integrate into it to anticipate needs, clear bottlenecks, and keep our leadership team focused on building the future of collaborative writing. You'll be a core member of the Operations & Executive Support Department, reporting directly to the leadership team.
What You'll Do:
- Workflow Integration: Manage complex, multi-time zone calendars and high-priority meeting flows with the same precision our AI brings to a Google Doc.
- Operational Support: Own the "back-end" of our department—from managing vendor relationships and digital filing to refining our internal onboarding documentation.
- Document Excellence: Review and format internal reports and external presentations, ensuring they meet the high standards of a company built on elite writing.
- Strategic Coordination: Act as a bridge between Engineering and Product departments to ensure action items from leadership syncs are tracked and completed.
What We're Looking For:
- Proactive Problem Solver: You don't wait for instructions; you see a gap in a process and suggest a fix.
- High Discretion: You will handle sensitive roadmap and investor information with total confidentiality.
Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive Compensation: $93,600 annual salary ($45/hr).
Fully Remote Culture: Work from your ideal setup, anywhere with a strong connection.
Deep Work Environment: We value focus. You'll be provided with the tools and the autonomy to do your best work.
Tech & Wellness Stipend: Monthly allowance for your home office, coffee, and the latest AI subscriptions.
