Job Description

Our client is looking for a Full-Time Administrative Assistant to support their team with organizational, communication, and operational tasks. Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Prior experience as an Administrative or Executive Assistant.

  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • Proficient in digital communication and scheduling tools (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, or similar).

  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive problem-solver.

  • Dependable and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2–3 years in administrative or coordination roles.

  • Comfortable handling calendars, meetings, and correspondence across time zones.

  • Experience preparing reports and managing documents efficiently.

  • Professional, polite, and service-oriented demeanor.

  • Tech-savvy and eager to learn new tools or systems as needed.
