Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential support to the team by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and handling various administrative tasks. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and maintaining a well-organized office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings for the team.

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and other communications, responding promptly and professionally.

  • Maintain organized filing systems, both digital and physical.

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare expense reports.

  • Assist in planning and executing company events and meetings.

  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed.

  • Support various departments with administrative tasks to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office software.

    • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
