Armanino is seeking a temporary Restructuring Administrative Consultant to provide administrative support to the Corporate Finance and Restructuring team from April 1, 2026, through August 28, 2026.

This position demands an energetic and dedicated person who thrives on taking ownership and pride in his/her work. The ideal candidate for this role will have experience assisting within a customer service environment and be able to deal with a diverse group of colleagues, clients and vendors. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a unique set of workloads. Candidate must be reliable, flexible, people-oriented, friendly, work with a sense of urgency without compromising quality, a self-starter who illustrates initiative and responsibility.

Job Responsibilities  

  • Perform administrative and clerical duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.

  • Must have a clean driving record in order to pick-up/receive mail from off-site PO mailbox.

  • Sort, distribute and scan the mail at the San Ramon office.

  • Assist in marketing events and conferences.

  • Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.

  • Reply to email, telephone or face-to-face inquiries.

  • Be able to develop and resolve administrative problems.

  • Participate and assist on ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Assist Workflow Manager on the implementation of back office procedures and systems.

Requirements  

  • Minimum 1 year of admin experience or equivalent.

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.

  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and planning skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel.

  • Familiar or have exposure with Windows operating system, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, Box, Dropbox, and Google Workspace.

Certain states require us to disclose the pay range and benefits summary for job openings. The compensation range for this position: $26.00/hour - $36.00/hour. Compensation may vary based on skills, role, and location. Eligible employees at certain levels can participate in a discretionary long-term financial incentive plan, subject to plan participation rules.
