We’re looking for a highly-skilled and experienced Administrative Director to join our team and help us take our company to the next level. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our administrative operations, from human resources and finance to office management and facilities

Responsibilities

Manage all administrative and support services for the organization

Develop and implement strategies for increasing productivity and productivity, reducing costs, and improving efficiency

Oversee marketing strategies, distribution, and overall sales

Develop and maintain employee relations, benefits, and staffing plans

Keeps supervisor informed of significant problems that jeopardize the achievement of objectives,

and those which are not being addressed adequately for all levels.

Maintain schedules and workload

Qualifications

* The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in office management or related field

* Minimum one years' experience in office management

* Proficient in MS Office and databases

* Ability to interact with clinical and non-clinical personnel, patients, and caregivers in a professional manner

* Must be organized, relational, and able to handle details

* Must have good communication, problem solving and management skills
