This is a remote position.
Manage email inboxes through efficient triage, prioritization, and follow-up.
Handle internal calendar management and scheduling to ensure smooth daily operations.
Create, update, and edit presentations for internal use and external meetings.
Edit short videos for presentations or content distribution when needed.
Track staff activity, generate internal reports, and assist with KPI monitoring.
Publish social media and blog content using provided materials and guidelines.
Support day-to-day administrative needs for the legal and internal teams.
Requirements
Experience in administrative or executive support roles, preferably within legal or professional services.
Strong written and verbal English skills.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Comfort working with digital tools, calendars, and content platforms.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines independently in a remote setting.
Full-time availability.
Background as an administrative assistant, legal assistant, or operations support professional.
Experience supporting teams with reporting, scheduling, and communications.
Tech-savvy and quick to adapt to new tools and workflows.
