Impact Digitizing is looking for a talented Embroidery Digitizer & Vector Art Specialist to join our growing creative team. In this role, you will convert client artwork into high-quality embroidery files, vectorize low-resolution images, and prepare production-ready designs for printing, stitching, and branding applications.

We are seeking someone who is detail-oriented, creative, and experienced with digitizing software such as Wilcom, Pulse, or Hatch, as well as vector tools like Adobe Illustrator or CorelDRAW.

Responsibilities:

  • Digitize artwork for embroidery with accuracy and clean stitch paths
  • Create and refine vector artwork based on client requirements
  • Prepare files in formats such as EMB, DST, SVG, AI, EPS, and PDF
  • Communicate with clients to understand project details
  • Maintain quality and meet fast turnaround deadlines
  • Ensure all designs meet industry standards for stitching or printing

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in embroidery digitizing or vector art
  • Strong command of Wilcom or similar digitizing software
  • Proficiency in Illustrator or CorelDRAW
  • Good eye for detail, tension, stitch density, and color mapping
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Strong communication and organization skills
