Position Summary

Blue Acorn iCi currently has a career opportunity for an Adobe Multi-Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Adobe’s tech stack to join our growing team. The position will play a crucial role in designing and implementing solutions that leverage Adobe technologies to meet the unique business needs of our clients. The right person will be responsible for providing technical leadership, driving innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of complex solutions. This person requires deep analytical skills to solve complex business problems, and to provide innovative solutions that work in conjunction with all other tracks of the project stream. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify pain points and design or modify technical solutions to solve company’s problems.
  • Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions
  • Ability to architect large scale technology solutions primarily using all of the Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, including Content Management, Commerce, Customer Data Platform, Campaign Management, and Analytics.
  • Ability to quickly grasp Business initiative, understand business processes, and determine technical solution options that meet objectives.
  • Participate in customer and prospect meetings alongside sales
  • Administer large scale, complex systems projects; Articulate design concepts, strategies and roadmaps clearly through exceptional oral and written communication skills; good presenter and great listener.
  • Collaborates with Business Solutions Architects to ensure solutions design supports overall business objectives.
  • Provides hands-on mentoring and coaching or architecture, solutions design, and development practices.
  • Builds prototypes and/or assists software engineers with coding and troubleshooting both on-premise and cloud-based applications.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and build upon the deep customer relationships we currently have.
  • Creates and reviews architecture, solution design, data and integration documents for delivery teams and Architecture review Board.
  • Provide thought leadership and contribute specific points of view on key industry topics through various communication channels (i.e.. Blue Acorn iCi Blog).
  • Possess a deep understanding and interest in emerging digital trends like CX solutions, advance personalization techniques.

Qualifications

  • Subject Matter Expert of Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • 7-10 years of related overall technology experience
  • 8+ years of consulting or agency experience
  • Experience in a fast-paced consulting environment is a must.
  • Certified in at least one Adobe product; AEM/Commerce Certification a+
  • Expertise delivering large scale solutions
  • Thorough understanding of digital, and experience delivering sound technical solutions in this space
  • Possesses a calm demeanor that is used to help resolve technology disputes
  • Highly self-directed; able to multi-task given incomplete and conflicting knowledge, and prioritize multiple projects/initiatives in a deadline-driven environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative agency environment with multidisciplinary teams required.
