The base salary range for this position is $90,000 – $150,000 annually. Actual compensation may vary depending on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to understand their business processes and requirements
- Design customized Adobe Workfront solutions that align with the stakeholder’s strategic objectives
- Lead the end-to-end implementation process, including configuring Adobe Workfront to meet client needs, setting up workflows, and integrating with other tools and systems
- Provide training to clients and internal teams on how to effectively use Adobe Workfront. Ensure clients have the necessary support during and after implementation, troubleshooting any issues that arise.
- Identify and record Key Performance Indicators
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations throughout the lifecycle of the Adobe Workfront implementation, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
- Work with clients post-implementation to assess the effectiveness of the Workfront solution and recommend enhancements, optimizations, and new features as their business evolves
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, project management, and support to ensure a seamless experience for the client. Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for all Adobe Workfront-related matters
- Stay up-to-date on Adobe Workfront features, best practices, and industry trends to offer expert advice and innovative solutions to clients
Qualifications
- 7 – 10+ years of experience in a client-facing, solutions consulting position
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront, including implementation, configuration, and consulting.
- Expert in Adobe Workfront Project Manager Adobe Workfront Fusion and Adobe Workfront
- Strong understanding of Adobe Workfront's functionalities, integrations, and API capabilities. Experience with configuring workflows, reporting, and dashboards in Adobe Workfront
- Proven experience in managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring deadlines and client requirements are met
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms. Comfortable working with clients at all organizational levels
- Certifications (Preferred):
Adobe Workfront Certification or similar industry certifications. - Education (Preferred):
Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
