As an Ad Operations Specialist, you own the trafficking and QA process for digital media activities across channels. Creating a relationship with media colleagues across practises will help you excel in a job requiring fast thinking, accuracy, and versatility.

You will:

  • Own the QA process, from campaign set up to launch and maintenance.
  • Work with third party vendors to verify creative updates and rotations.
  • Work with external partners to troubleshoot campaign issues.
  • Have some experience with dynamic ad serving partners (DCO).
  • Ensure pixels and tags are firing properly on campaign landing pages.
  • Manage deadlines and workflow.
  • Own the quality and consistency of your deliverables.

You have:

  • 2-3 years’ experience in advertising operations.
  • Strong experience with Google Marketing Platform, especially Campaign Manager 360 (core priority)
  • Meta (Facebook/Instagram) experience considered a strong secondary skill
  • Familiarity with other social platforms (Pinterest, Reddit, LinkedIn, TikTok) is a plus and may open opportunities in other area.
  • Fundamental knowledge of CM360 and Social platforms.
  • Base skillset in standard and rich media ad trafficking software for display, video, mobile, search, and other emerging channels.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines, while paying attention to details.
  • Ability to work effectively under stressful situations and tight deadlines.
  • Core project management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and seek help when needed.
  • Flexibility in a constantly changing environment.
