Permanent remote role, candidate can be located anywhere in the U.S.

The prospecting function for Wolters Kluwer CT Corporation has primary responsibility for assisting sales personnel in meeting or exceeding their sales goals.

Time will be spent:

  • Provide customer sales qualification by fielding inbound telephone, web and email activity coming from the CT websites and route the requests to the appropriate internal teams
  • Outreach and campaign follow-up to new customers (“prospects”) and existing customers
  • Cross-sell/upsell of new solutions to existing CT subscription customers as directed
  • Supporting and assisting with CT subscription renewal motion
  • Vetting, qualifying and prospecting new customers for sales.
  • Learning and staying informed on the complex and comprehensive CT suite product line
  • Updating the sales CRM database (salesforce.com)
  • Managing time and resources effectively
  • Representing Wolters Kluwer within the industry and territory
  • Contributing to sales marketing campaign planning and lead generation activities
  • Manage and maintain the prospector inbound web form queue in Saleforce.com
  • Comply with all lead-management-related service-level agreements
  • Conduct customer/prospect account research (web, D&B, Top LF, Global top 2000) to identify and warm up new opportunities for the sales team
  • Generate marketing qualified sales leads via outbound call and/or email initiatives. Outbound lists include, but are not limited to marketing campaign follow-up, event registration, etc.
  • Regularly check-in with sales managers to gather feedback, help create reports and improve the prospecting workflows
  • List compiling, clean-up and preparation for prospecting team activities
  • Scheduling customer meetings for sales
  • Manage incoming communications to the prospector mailbox.

 

Overall, this position requires excellent communication skills (oral & written) and the ability to work effectively and efficiently.

Compensation:

$47,600.00 - $81,250.00 USD
This role is eligible for Commission.

Compensation range listed is based on primary location of the position.  Actual base salary offer is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skills, experience and actual hiring location. Your recruiter can share more information about the specific offer for the job location during the hiring process.
