About The Role

We are looking for an entrepreneurially minded Chief of Staff, Fora X to serve as the operational owner and execution partner for Fora’s top-performing advisors, known as Fora X. This is a high-trust, high-impact role at the center of one of Fora’s most important advisor segments.

As Chief of Staff, Fora X, you will serve as a trusted advisor, thought partner, and force multiplier for the Head of Advisor Experience. The ideal candidate is a hands-on operator who brings structure to ambiguity, builds scalable processes, owns projects end-to-end, and drives cross-functional execution. This role reports directly into the Head of Advisor Experience and will work closely with other senior leaders across the organization as well as directly with our highest producing advisors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategy & Operations:
    • Serve as a strategic thought partner and trusted advisor to the Head of Advisor Experience, providing insights, recommendations, and decision support on critical initiatives
    • Own Fora X advisor operations across training, events, community, and integrity, ensuring a consistent, efficient, and high-quality experience for our top advisors
    • Design, launch, and continuously improve programs and operating models that support top-performing advisors at scale
    • Design and implement processes, dashboards, and KPIs that improve visibility, efficiency, and execution quality
  • Project Management:
    • Oversee Fora X programmatic offerings such as hosted conference allocations, exclusive trainings and event offerings working closely with the Advisor Events team
    • Develop communication to Fora X advisors, including monthly newsletters
    • Quickly adapt and pivot, translating insights and learnings into action with minimal direction.
    • Manage timelines, stakeholders, dependencies, and follow-through to ensure work gets done
  • Escalations & Integrity
    • Handle highly escalated advisor, partner, and internal issues with sound judgment and discretion
    • Anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and proactively solve problems before they escalate
    • Uphold the standards, integrity, and expectations of Fora X Advisors
Requirements
  • 4–6 years of client-facing work experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or a high-growth startup
  • Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex topics into crisp, actionable insights
  • Strong ability to influence through soft diplomacy, including high emotional intelligence, executive presence, and confidence leading meetings/facilitating discussions
  • Cross-functional leader who can align stakeholders, drive decisions, and execute solutions to complex, ambiguous problems
  • Strong ownership mindset, able to bring structure to ambiguity and manage work end-to-end with minimal direction
  • Fluency with AI platforms (e.g., Claude Code, Granola, Loveable) and enthusiasm for using technology to improve efficiency and output
Compensation

Compensation for this role varies based on experience, with an indicative range of $90K–$130K + equity. Final compensation will depend on the level at which the candidate is hired, as we’re considering multiple levels for this role.
