Job Description:

We are currently seeking an Advisory Services Consultant, who will design and execute Change Management strategies for our clients. At The Groove, we strive to maximize the desires and capabilities of our clients’ employees and create solutions to achieve company business objectives.

This individual will align the people side of change with new technologies and improved business processes. In this role, you will define user experiences, document process change impacts, define new job skills and abilities, and implement human-centered approaches to navigate the organizational transformation. You will also partner with clients to help them navigate and prioritize emerging AI capabilities to achieve organizational and business objectives.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Act as a change advocate and a coach to client leadership and organizational leads.
  • Create the overall change management strategy for client organizations to support HR, Financial, and Student transformation initiatives.
  • Assess current state and propose future state models for organizations and service delivery teams; define skills and capabilities needed for these new roles.
  • Design and implement change management deliverables and activities, such as readiness assessment, stakeholder’s assessment, change impact assessment, personas and journeys, communications plan, training plan, workforce transition plans, and user adoption metrics.
  • Participate in process optimization workshops and define KPIs and targets to measure success. Define and track adoption, utilization, KPIs, and value realization measures to assess the impact of technology and AI initiatives and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Work with clients to draft use cases for integration of artificial intelligence opportunities into the flow of work; define governance and strategies to onboard and manage digital workers.
  • Identify and prioritize AI and automation use cases, translate AI capabilities into practical workflows, and develop strategies to support the adoption and scaling of AI agents and digital workers.
  • Apply knowledge of stakeholders, change management principles, training design, and communication campaigns to that supports ERP implementation plans.
  • Deliver training and knowledge transfer to end users.
  • Assess user adoption and process improvement that support the project objectives.
  • Devise mitigation and remediation strategies.

Your Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management, Communications, or related field is required.
  • Master’s degree preferably in Organizational Development and Change (MS-ODC), Learning and Organizational Change (MSLOC) or related field is highly desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience implementing Workday and/or Eightfold applications.
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Experience developing change impact and organizational readiness assessments, communication and training plans for ERP or SaaS technology implementations.
  • Preferred 2 years of experience leveraging AI to accelerate work safely and conscientiously.
  • Demonstrated experience applying generative AI, AI-enabled software, automation, or AI agents to improve business processes, employee experiences, or organizational outcomes, with an understanding of responsible AI, governance, workforce implications, and AI adoption.

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.
  • Advanced presentation skills including PowerPoint, Instructor-Led Training, Webinars.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.
  • Experience using Captivate or Camtasia for developing training videos.
