About the company
Turning marketing into a market-domination weapon, we created a new category - the marketplace for future customers. Businesses shop for leads as they shop for products in e-commerce: you see everything about a lead before you buy - full transparency, control, and predictable outcomes. We’re the #1 lead marketplace in the USA, and we’re accelerating.
Role overview
As an Affiliate Manager, you will build and scale our network of affiliate partners who drive high-quality buyer and seller traffic to the marketplace. You’ll own the full affiliate lifecycle - from sourcing and onboarding partners to optimizing performance and growing long-term revenue. This role exists to expand our demand channels, increase marketplace transactions, and unlock scalable customer acquisition through performance-based partnerships. This is a US-facing role: our partners and our market are in the United States, so you will overlap with US business hours and travel to the US occasionally to meet partners face to face.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Build and grow a pipeline of affiliates across content, paid media, influencer marketing, email databases, media buying, and performance networks
Prospect, outreach, negotiate, and close affiliate partnership agreements with performance-based compensation models
Onboard affiliates and support them with tracking links, creatives, product education, and performance optimization guidance
Monitor affiliate performance daily and optimize traffic quality, conversion rates, and ROI
Identify and recruit new high-potential affiliate segments aligned with our marketplace model
Launch campaigns, promotions, and incentive programs to increase affiliate engagement and revenue
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve affiliate funnels, landing pages, and tracking accuracy
Track affiliate metrics including volume, quality, revenue, and retention, and scale top-performing partners
Meet key affiliate partners in person at US industry conferences and partner visits, several times per year
What Makes You a Strong Fit:
3+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, performance marketing, or business development
Strong understanding of CPA, CPL, revenue share, and other performance-based models
Experience managing affiliate programs, tracking platforms, and attribution systems
Proven track record of recruiting and scaling affiliate partners that drive measurable revenue
Strong analytical skills and ability to optimize based on performance data
Excellent English - C1 level or higher - used daily for negotiations, reporting, and partner communication
High ownership mindset with the ability to build and optimize processes independently
Comfortable working with US-based partners, and open to occasional travel to the US for in-person meetings
Able to overlap with US business hours where needed for partner calls
Willingness to travel occasionally to the US for conferences and face-to-face meetings with affiliate partners
Bonus if you have:
Experience working in a startup or fast-scaling tech company
Existing affiliate network in real estate, home services, or lead generation verticals
Experience with affiliate tracking tools (e.g., Impact, Partnerize, Everflow, HasOffers, etc.)
Background in marketplace, SaaS, or performance-driven digital businesses
