Job Description

We are hiring an Affiliate Marketing Manager to own our affiliate program — a distinct, opt-in merchant program that complements the merchant experience.

This is an operator role inside Marketing. You'll own the program's economics, platform operations across partner affiliate networks (Impact, UpPromote, CJ, Everflow), program reporting (revenue, enrollment, deliverable fulfillment), and the value narrative that positions the affiliate program to prospective members.

You'll work closely with our Partner Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, Sales, and Merchant Success teams, who execute the deliverables and run the commercial conversations this role supports.

Responsibilities
  • Program Operations

    • Own Affiliate Program end-to-end: membership operations, tracking setup, commission structure, payout operations, and ongoing program management across multiple affiliate networks.

    • Define and maintain the program's commission structure and member benefits — what affiliate members pay, what they receive, and the economics that make it work for both the merchant and us.

    • Partner with Finance to structure payment flows, invoicing, and revenue recognition for affiliate-sourced transactions across all networks.

  • Deliverables Fulfillment

    • Maintain and evolve the standard set of deliverables offered at each enrollment level.

    • Serve as the single point of truth for each affiliate member's deliverable schedule — briefing affiliate-specific asks into Partner Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, and other execution teams, and confirming everything lands.

    • Maintain the affiliate program's marketing inventory: the full list of deliverables available to members, their quality standards, and their capacity constraints.

  • Program Growth & Reporting

    • Build and maintain the value story and ROI case for the affiliate program, both internally and externally.

    • Act as the affiliate program's subject matter expert in merchant conversations — presenting inventory, explaining economics, and walking merchants through what they unlock by opting in.

    • Deliver quarterly affiliate-member reporting so every member sees the data that justifies their investment.

    • Own program-level reporting: member count, enrollment pipeline, affiliate-attributed revenue, deliverable fulfillment rate, and churn.

Qualifications
  • Operationally rigorous — you build systems, playbooks, and calendars that keep a multi-platform, multi-member program clean.

  • Data-driven — you lead with numbers and can translate transaction data into compelling value stories, program economics, and member reporting.

  • A self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments and is comfortable building a program from scratch.

  • An excellent communicator and subject matter expert — you can present a program's inventory and value proposition directly to merchant marketing teams without it becoming a sales pitch.

  • Energized by cross-functional collaboration.
