Run an affiliate program for affiliate software, marketed to marketers. Yes, it's that meta.

We're looking for an Affiliate Partnerships Manager to own affiliate and partnerships end to end: find the partners, close the deals, run the placements, and grow the channel into a steady source of new customers.

About the company 🚀

SpringWater is a sister company of Hostinger, and we are looking for a team member to join a role at an acquired company in the affiliate marketing software space.

This company is an affiliate marketing platform built for SaaS companies that want predictable growth through referrals and partnerships. They help SMBs launch, manage, and scale affiliate programs without the operational mess that usually comes with it.

They are a small international team, moving fast and building with intent. The product is strong, the foundation is there, and now the focus is clear: turn it into a real growth engine. That means doubling down on what works, executing consistently, and building scalable marketing systems that compound over time.

If you like ownership, high standards, and doing work that has a direct impact on growth, you’ll feel at home there.

Your role

Affiliate Partnerships Manager in the Marketing team. You own the affiliate partnerships channel: performance partners, paid placements, and the deals in between. You work closely with our content, SEO, and brand people, but the channel is yours to run.

Your day-to-day

  • Run the program on FirstPromoter: setup, commissions, links, coupons, payouts, clean data

  • Recruit partners across SEO, YouTube, LinkedIn, industry voices, and martech editorials

  • Reach out cold and warm, negotiate, and close

  • Get new partners live and bring quiet ones back

  • Structure deals as commission, flat fee, or hybrid

  • Run a monthly placement budget and know what each spend returns

  • Keep partner content accurate and on-brand

  • Report on what the channel produces

  • Represent us at conferences and events

Your skills and experience

  • At least 3 years running an affiliate or partner program yourself, not as one slice of a wider role

  • Cold outreach and negotiation you have done first-hand

  • A feel for what placements cost and what makes partner content convert

  • Comfortable owning the area alone and setting your own pace

  • Fluent English

Nice to have:

  • B2B or e-commerce experience.

  • Sales or broader marketing background.

Benefits for you

  • The Build: Create the affiliate program for an affiliate platform, from a clean start.

  • Product Influence: What you learn from partners and the market goes straight to the people building the product.

  • Market Position: FirstPromoter is one of the leaders in its segment, so you sell from strength.

  • Remote Work: Work anywhere in Europe.

  • Travel and Team: An international team, and the industry conferences worth showing up to.

Compensation

  • Gross salary from 3200 Eur/month, depending on your experience and skills, plus a performance bonus with uncapped upside.
