About Glacis

We’re on a mission to revolutionize the supply chains of global giants like Tesla and Coca-Cola - through AI agents that think, plan, and act. Backed by legendary Silicon Valley VCs behind Flexport, Databricks, and Perplexity, we’re empowering supply chain teams across the world to automate complex logistics workflows, integrate processes seamlessly with existing systems, and supercharge efficiency. We’re a team of seasoned entrepreneurs, Y Combinator alumni, and ex-Googlers - if you’re ready to change the way a trillion-dollar industry operates, join us on Day 1.

The Role

This isn’t just a standard engineering internship - it’s an opportunity to define the future of work within a high-growth startup. We are looking for a technical builder to serve as a force multiplier for our entire organization, from Engineering to Sales, and Recruiting to Customer Success.

As our Agentic AI Engineering Intern, you will not be spending your days fixing minor bugs. Instead, you will architect and deploy the internal automation engine that fuels our company. Your mandate is to build high-impact internal tools and workflows that allow our team to operate at exceptional speed.

Crucially, this role requires a "100x" mindset. You will be required to move beyond traditional coding methods by strictly leveraging low-code orchestration tools (n8n) and Agentic AI (Claude Cowork, Claude Code, OpenAI Codex) to deliver solutions exponentially faster than standard development cycles. You will operate at the intersection of technical logic and AI orchestration to build the "nervous system" of a modern tech startup.

Responsibilities
  • Workflow Architecture: Design and build complex automation workflows using n8n to connect our internal ecosystem (CRM, ATS, ERP, and Engineering tools).

  • AI Agent Deployment: Leverage Agentic AI (Claude for Work, LLMs) to handle complex logic, code generation, and data analysis, minimizing manual coding time.

  • Cross-Functional Tooling: Collaborate directly with Founders, Sales, and Engineering leaders to identify operational bottlenecks and deploy immediate technical solutions.

  • Rapid Prototyping: Accelerate the development lifecycle by moving from idea to deployed internal tool in hours, not weeks.

  • System Optimization: Monitor and refine automated processes to ensure reliability and scalability as the company grows.

Are You the Right Fit?
  • Experience: 0-3 years in a technical field (Software Engineering, AI, Computer Science, or similar).

  • The "100x" Mindset: You are obsessed with efficiency. You prioritize orchestration and leverage over manual execution and seek to automate any repetitive task.

  • Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of APIs, Webhooks, JSON, and logic flow. Experience with Python or JavaScript is required for custom logic implementation.

  • Modern Tooling Stack: Familiarity with (or an intense drive to master) workflow orchestration tools like n8n and AI collaboration suites like Claude Projects.

  • Global Mindset: English fluency is required; willing to engage across functions to align with stakeholders.

Why Join Glacis?
  • Master the Future of Engineering: Move beyond syntax and learn to be an Architect of Intelligence. You will master the toolset that will define the next generation of software development.

  • High Ownership: The tools you build will be used daily by the founding team to close deals, hire talent, and ship products.

  • Foundational Exposure: Join us for a few weeks on-site in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam (if desired) and work alongside seasoned entrepreneurs and ex-Googlers, gaining firsthand insight into how a Silicon Valley tech startup scales.

  • Career Acceleration: This is a 3-6 month intensive internship. High performers who demonstrate the ability to "100x" their output may be considered for extended opportunities.
