At Tilt, we see a side of people that traditional lenders miss. Our mobile-first products and machine learning-powered credit models look beyond credit scores, using over 250 real-time financial signals to recognize real potential. Named among the next billion-dollar startups, we're not just changing how people access financial products — we're creating a new credit system that backs the working, whatever they're working toward.

The opportunity: Agentic AI Lead (Business Transformation)

Tilt is an AI-native lender moving quickly from early experimentation to full integration across our global functions. The Agentic AI Lead will partner with senior leaders to define Tilt’s future operating system as we progress in this journey.

This critical role sits at the intersection of technical product management, workforce reskilling, and organizational transformation — leading how Tilt designs, pilots, and scales AI-powered ways of working across the company.

How you'll make an impact
  • Design Tilt’s future operating systems: Partner with senior leaders to diagnose current pain points and co-design AI-first processes and systems that scale with the business.

  • Shape the “agentic” operating model: Define how Tilt integrates autonomous tools, human judgment, and systemized knowledge into everyday decision-making.

  • Drive measurable outcomes: Deliver technical and analytical projects that unlock speed, reduce manual effort, and increase team capacity.

  • Lead proof-of-concepts: Prototype and validate redesigned processes using tools like Augment, N8N, and custom GPTs.

  • Translate innovation into scale: Convert proof-of-concept learnings into scalable frameworks and playbooks that can be applied across functions.

  • Enable technical transformation: Collaborate with data and engineering partners to ensure our infrastructure supports demand for agentic capabilities.

  • Advise leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, CTO, and senior leaders, aligning AI capabilities with business priorities.

  • Champion cultural change: Promote new ways of working that preserve Tilt’s culture of ownership while accelerating responsible AI adoption.

Why you're a great fit
  • 8+ years of experience in business transformation, product strategy, or technical operations — ideally in high-growth or complex environments.

  • Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives that reimagine systems or workflows.

  • Strong technical literacy with AI tools and automation platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Augment, N8N, Zapier, Replit).

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build trust and alignment across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Systems thinker with a bias for execution — able to connect people, process, and technology to deliver impact.

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, etc.); MBA a plus.

  • (Preferred) Hands-on experience building or deploying workflow automations, agents, or custom GPTs.

  • (Preferred) Familiarity with data architecture, integration principles, and enablement/upskilling initiatives in AI-driven environments.

Don’t meet every qualification? We care about potential over your past. If you're bringing ambition and drive to what we're building, we want to hear from you.

What you'll get at Tilt
  • Virtual-first teamwork: The Tilt team is collaborating across 14 countries, 12 time zones, and counting. You’ll get started with a WFH office reimbursement.

  • Competitive pay: We're big on potential, and it's reflected in our competitive compensation packages and generous equity.

  • Complete support: Find flexible health plans at every premium level, and substantial subsidies that stand up to global standards.

  • Visibility is yours: You can count on direct exposure to our leadership team — we’re a team where good ideas travel quickly.

  • Paid global onsites: Magic happens IRL: we gather twice yearly to reconnect over shared meals or kayaking adventures. (We’ve visited Vail, San Diego, and Mexico City, to name a few.)

  • Impact is recognized: Growth opportunities follow your contributions, not rigid promotion timelines.

The Tilt Way

We're looking for people who chase excellence and impact. Those who stand behind their work, celebrating the wins and learning from the missteps equally. We foster an environment where every voice is valued and mutual respect is non-negotiable — brilliant jerks need not apply. We're in this together, working to expand access to fair credit and prove that people are incredible. When you join us, it's not just another day at the [virtual] office, you're helping millions of hardworking people reach better financial futures.

You’re pushing ahead in your career? We can get behind that. Join us in building the credit system that people deserve.
