About You

You are an Agile Facilitator who empowers teams to deliver value through collaboration, continuous improvement, and agile best practices. You excel at facilitating alignment, removing impediments, managing dependencies, and fostering a culture of accountability, adaptability, and continuous learning.

You thrive in complex environments where multiple teams, stakeholders, and delivery streams must work together to achieve shared objectives. You are passionate about servant leadership, coaching teams, and helping organizations improve delivery predictability, quality, and agility.

You bring a strong understanding of Agile methodologies, scaled delivery frameworks, software development practices, and modern technologies, enabling you to effectively support engineering teams and organizational goals.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is desired, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile roles supporting or leading multiple teams.
  • Proven experience coordinating large-scale deliveries under frameworks such as SAFe.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile scaling frameworks.
  • SAFe certifications (RTE, SPC), CSM, PSM, or equivalent are highly desirable.
  • Experience working on complex projects with high dependency management requirements.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and scaled Agile events.
  • Strong understanding of Agile metrics, including velocity, predictability, lead time, and flow efficiency.
  • Experience supporting large software development teams and coordinating multiple teams simultaneously.
  • Proven ability to improve team engagement, delivery performance, and Agile processes in complex environments.
  • Experience managing risks, dependencies, and release delivery flows across teams.
  • Experience using Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar Agile management platforms.
  • Daily use of Artificial Intelligence tools to improve software delivery, team productivity, and work management processes.
  • Strong servant leadership, coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strong emotional intelligence, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Advanced English is required, as you will work directly with US-based clients.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Lead and support technical teams, ensuring clarity of objectives and effective collaboration.
  • Monitor team performance and delivery health, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and Agile maturity across teams.
  • Promote the adoption of Artificial Intelligence tools and practices within development teams.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
  • Facilitate scaled Agile events such as PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Coordinate dependencies across teams and support successful release delivery execution.
  • Proactively remove impediments, mitigate risks, and escalate blockers when appropriate.
  • Foster team self-organization, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Track, manage, and communicate Agile delivery metrics and flow indicators.
  • Serve as a bridge between Product Management, Engineering teams, and organizational leadership.
  • Promote collaboration, transparency, and alignment to ensure successful delivery outcomes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Agile delivery roles.
  • Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe.
  • Experience coordinating multiple teams and managing dependencies.
  • Experience facilitating Agile ceremonies and scaled delivery events.
  • Professional English proficiency.
