About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile delivery methodologies along with proven Dynamics 365 project management expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.

  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).

  • Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.

  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.

  • Act as the primary client contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

  • Track project progress with Agile metrics and ensure continuous improvement.

  • Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively.

  • Provide leadership and coaching to project teams on Agile best practices.

  • Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform enhancements.

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.

  • Proven project management experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.

  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (ERP, CRM, Finance, Operations, CE, etc.).

  • Expertise in Agile project management methodologies.

  • Experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).

  • Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

  • PMP, CSM, ACP, or other Agile certifications preferred.

Skills
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
