Agile Project Manager – Microsoft Dynamics 365
About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Agile Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in Agile delivery methodologies along with proven Dynamics 365 project management expertise, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to client objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project management for Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.).
Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, and budgets.
Act as the primary client contact, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Track project progress with Agile metrics and ensure continuous improvement.
Manage risks, issues, and change requests effectively.
Provide leadership and coaching to project teams on Agile best practices.
Stay updated on Dynamics 365 and Power Platform enhancements.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field.
Proven project management experience with Dynamics 365 implementations.
Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules (ERP, CRM, Finance, Operations, CE, etc.).
Expertise in Agile project management methodologies.
Experience with project management tools (Azure DevOps, Jira).
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
PMP, CSM, ACP, or other Agile certifications preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
