🧠 About ResultStack
ResultStack is a cross-functional systems engineering team delivering scalable, secure, and elegant solutions across web and mobile platforms. Our projects range from early-stage startups to established enterprises — and our mission is simple: solve real problems through deep collaboration, lean execution, and smart strategy.

We’re not just building software — we’re building partnerships. That means listening closely, responding quickly, and always prioritizing long-term value over short-term fixes.

🔍 The Role
We're looking for an Agile Project Manager who thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. You’ll lead internal and client-facing teams to ensure deliverables are clear, timelines are realistic, and work is executed with precision and agility.

💼 What You’ll Do

  • Lead client engagements from kickoff to delivery, aligning priorities across teams

  • Plan and manage sprints, create timelines, and coordinate key milestones

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates

  • Work closely with engineering and design teams to clarify scope and remove blockers

  • Create and maintain documentation like feature specs, project plans, and status reports

  • Serve as a bridge between client stakeholders and technical contributors

✅ What We’re Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in project management or Agile delivery, ideally in a software environment

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar PM platforms

  • Excellent communication skills and comfort working directly with clients

  • Ability to manage changing requirements and guide teams through ambiguity

  • Experience working in remote or distributed team settings

🌟 Bonus Points

  • Scrum certification or formal PM credentials

  • Experience adapting Agile practices for non-traditional environments

  • Comfort with UI/UX workflows and product design cycles

🌈 Why Join ResultStack?

  • 🌍 Remote-first culture with flexibility and autonomy

  • 💡 Diverse, technically exciting projects with meaningful impact

  • 🤝 Transparent team environment with strong cross-functional collaboration

  • 🛠️ A chance to help shape how we work, not just what we deliver

What you need to know about the San Francisco Tech Scene

San Francisco and the surrounding Bay Area attracts more startup funding than any other region in the world. Home to Stanford University and UC Berkeley, leading VC firms and several of the world’s most valuable companies, the Bay Area is the place to go for anyone looking to make it big in the tech industry. That said, San Francisco has a lot to offer beyond technology thanks to a thriving art and music scene, excellent food and a short drive to several of the country’s most beautiful recreational areas.

Key Facts About San Francisco Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 365,500; 13.9% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, fintech, consumer technology, software
  • Funding Landscape: $50.5 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Sequoia Capital, Andreessen Horowitz, Bessemer Venture Partners, Greylock Partners, Khosla Ventures, Kleiner Perkins
  • Research Centers and Universities: Stanford University; University of California, Berkeley; University of San Francisco; Santa Clara University; Ames Research Center; Center for AI Safety; California Institute for Regenerative Medicine
