Job Description

This position provides end-to-end program management services involving complex business and technical solutions for our client's content organization, Core Map Group (CMG). This role is responsible for program ownership and communicating critical objectives to CMG divisions as well as closely aligning with the internal stakeholders to ensure consistent support across client's organization. Additionally, the position is strongly technical, but also business and process oriented and requires a high degree of skill in the scoping, definition, and execution phases of an agile program.

• Undergraduate degree required

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Management Information Systems preferred

• 6 – 9 years of successful management and solution delivery of cross-functional projects

• Proven track record in delivering large-scale programs to market

• Ability to provide project management to distributed cross functional teams, manage issues cross-functionally and remotely

• Working knowledge of product management processes (including product vision; customer requirements)

• Experience managing complex programs across multiple disciplines, including engineering, production, subcontractors, marketing, sales, & distribution, and at varying positions in the value chain

• Critical thinker with strong organizational and problem solving skills

• Meticulous attention to detail, with results oriented focus

• Works well independently, with little supervision, as well as with groupa

• Demonstrated ability to work in various cultural environments

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

• Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with all levels in an organization Competencies
