The opportunity

Our Growth Marketing team runs on a wide tech stack, including tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, 6sense, Outreach, Sendoso, Splash, and Bevy, and much of the work that moves pipeline still runs through manual, rules-based processes. We're looking for an AI Adoption Contractor to review that stack end-to-end, find where AI can genuinely help the team hit its goals, whether that's automating manual work, supporting our team's judgment, or optimizing outcomes, and then build those improvements directly inside the tools we already run. This is a hands-on, execution-focused engagement: you'll audit, prioritize with the team, and ship, not architect new systems or set company-wide AI policy.

About the team

You'll partner with whoever owns each tool or workflow you're improving, across our Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, SDR, Regional Marketing, and Events teams. You'll work in close alignment with our Marketing Operations team, who own the broader martech architecture and data standards those workflows run on, and collaborate with our centralized Marketing AI team to keep your work aligned with company-wide AI governance standards. You'll report into our Lifecycle & Marketing Operations leadership for the duration of the engagement.

What you'll do

  • Audit our current tech stack, HubSpot, Salesforce, Qualified, 6sense, Outreach, Sendoso, Splash, Bevy, and other tools in use, to identify where AI can automate manual work, support the team, or improve outcomes.
  • Support strategy development and execution for AI-powered marketing motions within tools owned by Lifecycle and Marketing Operations leadership, including Qualified and 6sense AI Email.
  • Lead strategy support and in-platform execution for Qualified and 6sense AI Email, including prioritization, workflow implementation, performance measurement, and ongoing optimization.
  • Drive AI-powered personalization and conversion workflows across Qualified, 6sense, and adjacent tools including customer vs prospect journey design, and account-based chat experiences prioritizing work based on pipeline impact
  • Prioritize opportunities with our team, sized by rough effort and impact.
  • Build AI-orchestrated workflow improvements directly inside the tools in scope, partnering with whoever owns each one.
  • Work in close alignment with our Marketing Operations team, following the QA checks, guardrails, and fallback logic standards they set for anything shipped to production.
  • Collaborate with our centralized Marketing AI team to keep your work aligned with company-wide AI governance standards.
  • Document what you build clearly enough that our team can maintain and extend it after the engagement ends.
  • Deliver a structured handoff before the engagement concludes.

What you'll bring

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience working across marketing and revenue technology tools, building or configuring AI-assisted or automated workflows.
  • Working familiarity with a range of growth-marketing tool categories: conversational marketing (such as Qualified), intent and ABM (such as 6sense), sales engagement (such as Outreach), and event or gifting platforms (such as Sendoso, Splash, or Bevy). Deep expertise in every tool isn't required, but comfort learning new ones quickly is.
  • A track record of spotting manual, repetitive processes and finding practical ways to automate or improve them with AI.
  • Comfort working as an embedded, fixed-term contractor: fast ramp-up, strong documentation habits, and comfort handing off what you build.
  • Good judgment about scope, staying focused on execution rather than strategy, architecture, or governance work.
  • Strong written communication.
  • B2B SaaS growth-marketing experience is a plus.

Engagement details

  • Approximately 6 months, full-time contract basis.
  • Individual contributor engagement: no people-management responsibilities.
  • Flexible, hybrid working in line with our global hub locations.
