Why This Role is Different

As performance marketers, we know: creative is the single biggest driver of ad performance.

AI has changed the game. We can now produce top-tier ad creative at a speed that was once impossible - same-day turnaround, studio-quality output, and limitless iteration.

But speed and quality aren’t enough on their own. Human storytelling is the magic that makes creative work. Your role will be to blend cutting-edge AI tools with narrative craft - helping brands tell stories that stop the scroll, earn attention, and drive action.

Our goal: build the Pixar of ad creative teams, starting with you.

About Valid

Founded in July 2023, Valid is a seed-stage company operating at Series A scale, headquartered in San Francisco.

  • Strong at storytelling - able to build arcs that hook audiences in seconds
