About the Role

We're looking for an AI Engineer to build the world's most capable consumer-facing coding agent. You'll work across the entire AI stack—from model architecture to deployment—while maintaining focus on user experience.

What you'll do:

  • Design and implement agentic architectures for our SOTA coding AI agent

  • Build evaluation frameworks to measure code quality and user intent alignment

About You
  • 3+ years building and deploying AI/ML systems in production

  • Strong background in building applied AI agents

  • Our agent is written in TypeScript so heavy TypeScript knowledge will be great

  • Passion for developer tools and making AI systems feel magical to use

  • Track record of shipping scalable AI products from concept to production

  • Base Salary: $150,000 - $300,000 based on experience

  • Equity: Significant equity package

  • Location: In-person in San Francisco
