We are looking for a Senior AI Engineer with extensive experience building products powered by Large Language Models (LLMs) and deep expertise in prompt engineering. In this role, you will spearhead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions tailored to our end users, enabling Yuno to redefine the payment landscape.
As a key member of our AI Product Team, you will design, implement, and optimize AI-powered systems that enhance user experiences and solve complex challenges in payment orchestration. 🟣 Your challenge at Yuno
• AI Product Development
- Build and deploy scalable AI products leveraging LLMs to support Yuno’s payment orchestration platform.
- Develop and optimize prompts to ensure high-quality outputs from LLMs for specific use cases, such as customer service, fraud prevention, and payment assistance.
• Prompt Engineering
- Design, test, and iterate prompts to achieve optimal performance for AI models.
- Analyze and refine outputs based on feedback loops and user interaction data.
• Integration with Payment Systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into existing payment systems and workflows.
- Ensure seamless interaction between AI solutions and Yuno’s core services.
• AI Research and Innovation
- Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, prompt engineering, and related AI fields.
- Experiment with emerging technologies to identify opportunities for Yuno’s product innovation.
• Data Utilization
- Leverage payment and user interaction data to fine-tune AI models and improve product performance.
- Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and best practices in AI ethics.

Minimum Qualifications
• Extensive Experience with LLMs: Proven track record of building and deploying products using models like GPT or similar.

• Prompt Engineering Expertise: Ability to design, test, and optimize prompts for specific outcomes and use cases.
• Programming Proficiency: Strong experience with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
• API Integration: Expertise in integrating AI solutions with RESTful APIs and third-party platforms.
• Vector Database Knowledge: Hands-on experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, or FAISS for semantic search and embedding retrieval.
• Speech-to-Text and Text-to-Speech Technologies: Familiarity with tools like Whisper, AWS Polly, or Google Speech-to-Text for voice-based solutions.
• Scalability: Experience developing and deploying scalable AI systems in cloud environments (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to conceptualize and implement AI-driven solutions for complex business challenges.
• Fluent English.
Preferred Qualifications
• Familiarity with NLP libraries like Hugging Face or OpenAI APIs.
• Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
