Aida is a B2B enterprise AI company founded by Piyush Prahladka, former co-founder of Glean (a unicorn valued at $7.2B), and Atish Das Sarma, former head of growth engineering at Patreon and head of AI at Apple Cloud. Currently operating in stealth mode, Aida is developing deep AI assistants tailored for every role. The company is well-funded, having secured a significant seed round.
Aida’s team consists of 20 members based in Palo Alto and India. We are seeking a strong AI Engineer who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Demonstrate a history of taking services from the ideation stage to a fully functional implementation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
Experience or research on building LLMs ground up highly desired
Experience with using LLM platforms like (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
An eye for new models in town and the ability to understand and use them quickly.
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Quick at prototyping and comparing SOTA (State of the Art) language models.
Experience in using and fine-tuning open-source models or multiple LLMs.
Analyze statistics, data, and algorithms for projection accuracy.
Exceptional academic credentials highly desired
