About Us:
We’re building TabAI.io, an AI Agent inside Microsoft Excel.

We help professionals in accounting, finance, and operations save up to 95% of time on reporting, analysis, and manual tasks.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create Excel templates, demo files, and use case scenarios that show practical workflows for accounting, FP&A, finance, operations, or marketing tasks.

  • Help improve our onboarding flow with clear, easy-to-follow demos for new users.

  • Write short guides or simple explanations to go along with your templates.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Accounting, Finance or related work.

  • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, reporting, modeling).

  • Good English communication (written and spoken).

  • Reliable internet and ability to work independently.

Nice to have but not required:

  • QuickBooks or other finance software experience.

  • Ability to create short-form content (guides, walkthroughs).

  • Experience creating reusable Excel templates.

Pay: $4–8/hour depending on experience, or project basis.
Schedule: Flexible, remote work (part-time or full-time available)

Interview Process:

  1. Shortlisted candidates will complete a sample Excel task to demonstrate quality and formatting.

  2. 30-minute call with the team.

  3. There'll be a paid 1 week work trial after.
