We are hiring a Full-Stack Engineer in Hangzhou to turn real-time AI anime avatars from prototypes into a production consumer product.

Responsibilities

• Build user-facing creation, customization, and avatar interaction flows.

• Integrate voice, LLM, memory, character state, and image or video generation services.

• Develop reliable APIs, queues, databases, observability, and failure recovery.

• Optimize rendering, latency, inference cost, safety, and the end-to-end experience.

• Ship quickly with product and design while maintaining production quality.

Requirements

• Based in or able to work from Hangzhou with 4+ years of full-stack product engineering experience.

• Strong TypeScript/React plus Python, Node.js, or a comparable backend stack.

• Experience with generative-AI APIs, real-time media, WebGL/Three.js, or character systems.

• Independent execution, clean code, and strong product judgment.
