Uplane fixes this by building a self-improving AI system, the backbone of the marketing agency of the future. Our technology supports marketing managers with ad creation, landing page design, budget allocation across different channels, and more. We are building the AI engine that will manage and spend the world's marketing budget and need people who will use this engine to deliver value for our customers.

About The Role

We’re seeking a highly motivated AI Marketing Strategist with people management and marketing skills to join our team full-time, on-site in San Francisco. In this role, you will take ownership of customer relations, advise our customers on their digital marketing and execute marketing projects for them using our technology, together with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Client Relations: You own the relationship with our customers. You listen well and are eager to solve whatever marketing problems they may face.

  • Marketing Management: You use our AI tools to develop and review marketing content. You help our clients determine the best marketing strategies for their brand.

  • Project Management: You coordinate team members to ensure marketing projects are executed to a high standard and in a timely manner.

  • Tech Implementation: You understand our technology and know how to use it to maximize marketing value (return on ad spend) for our customers.

Requirements

  • Passion for marketing, you love creative work

  • Strong social skills, you love working with people

  • Previous touchpoints with marketing (e.g., work experience, academic studies)

  • Experience in project management and people management

  • Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant; willing to solve whatever problem you or the customers may face

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree

  • Based in or willing to relocate to San Francisco; on-site presence required; work permit for the USA required

Nice to Have

  • Relevant work experience in marketing, consulting, startups, or account management

  • Exceptional achievements during and beyond academic studies
