Job Summary:

Reltio is looking for an AI Marketing Strategy & Enablement Director to serve as the functional AI Product Owner for our global marketing organization. In this role, you will act as the decisive bridge between the Marketing team and the Enterprise AI Hub, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into practical, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into a long-term operational advantage.

You will not just be a user of AI, but the strategic owner of Marketing’s AI Operating Model. You will manage the backlog of agent use cases, own the proprietary knowledge bases that power our internal agents, and drive the change management required to make Reltio’s marketing team the most efficient in the industry. You will ensure that every AI initiative moves beyond "experimentation" to deliver measurable business transformation (SaaS rationalization, agency cost reduction, speed-to-market, and content velocity).

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • AI Product Ownership (Marketing): Act as the Product Owner for the marketing function. You will define user stories and requirements for new agents (e.g., "The Web Copy Agent must check SEO keywords against this specific list"), prioritizing the backlog based on business value before handing technical specs or POCs to the Enterprise AI Engineering team or fully building functional tools within our platform.
  • ROI, Portfolio Management & Governance: Drive strict KPI alignment by establishing value realization frameworks for every initiative. You will be responsible for validating "Hard Cost Avoidance" (Agency Spend) and "Efficiency Gains" (Capacity Re-allocation) and presenting quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to the CMO and CIO on the health of the AI portfolio.
  • Context Stewardship & Information Architecture: Govern the "Source of Truth" (Markdown/Data files) that powers our internal marketing AI agents. You are responsible for the semantic integrity of the AI—ensuring that product messaging, launch details, and competitive intel are structured as a corporate asset to prevent hallucinations and ensure brand consistency across agents.
  • Process Re-engineering: Partner with VP-level stakeholders to deconstruct complex workflows—such as analyst research synthesis, event orchestration, or content supply chains—and redesign them as "Human-in-the-Loop" agentic workflows.
  • Organizational Change & Culture: Lead the cultural shift toward an "AI-First" marketing organization. You will design enablement programs that upskill the marketing team, fostering a "Builder" culture and reducing reliance on external vendors/agencies.
  • Campaign Acceleration: Partner with the Creative and Digital teams to execute "Agentic" campaigns, using AI tools to accelerate the production of variations for ads, social copy, and landing pages while maintaining high creative standards.

Skills You Must Have:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in B2B / SaaS Marketing, with significant experience in Marketing Operations, Digital Transformation, or Product Strategy.
  • Product & Builder Mindset: Ability to manage a complex product roadmap, prioritize based on ROI, and define clear "Definition of Done" criteria. You have a track record of building tools or systems that solved systemic inefficiencies.
  • Strategic Leadership: Proven ability to influence C-level and VP-level stakeholders. You must be able to say "no" to low-value AI experiments and steer leadership toward high-impact structural changes.
  • Business Analysis & Metrics: Experience quantifying the value of internal projects. You should be comfortable calculating "Time Saved" or "Cost Avoidance" and presenting these metrics to leadership.
  • AI Technical Strategy: Demonstrated ability to design complex "System Architectures" (e.g., defining how an agent should reason, what context it needs, and how it interacts with humans). You understand the strategic differences between models (e.g., Gemini vs. Claude) and context windows.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort working with structured data formats (Markdown, JSON, CSV) and understanding API connectivity. You do not need to be a developer, but you must be able to partner deeply with Engineering.
  • Change Management: Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives or technology rollouts across a global function.
  • Operational Rigor: Experience managing documentation and "Sources of Truth" (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, or GitHub repositories).

Skills That Are Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Marketing Automation Platforms (Marketo) and how data flows between CRMs and Marketing tools.
  • Basic familiarity with Python or low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make) to prototype workflows before handing them to engineering.
  • Experience in Knowledge Management or Information Architecture.
  • Experience in Knowledge Management or Information Architecture.
